I called to ask if they were on the way and he told me they had tried to reach out to me by phone several times over the past 24 hours. I told him I had not received one call, text, or email. He did not apologize or ask to confirm my information. He did say that he could be there in 20 but I told him I didn't have time to wait. He did not offer to reschedule he just said ok thanks and hung up. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.
